These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of owl.qa and the services offered through it (the "Service"), operated by owl website ("Owl", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Owl lets you create short links, link-in-bio pages and QR codes, and view statistics about how they are used. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, share or redirect to content or activity that:
- is illegal, or infringes the rights of others, including copyright and trademark rights;
- involves phishing, malware, scams, spam or other deceptive or harmful conduct;
- is sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors;
- promotes violence, harassment or hatred;
- disrupts, overloads or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Anyone can report a link through our Report page. We may review, disable or remove any link, page, QR code or account that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, with or without notice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the links, text, images and other content you add to the Service. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display and process that content only as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
5. Our service and brand
The Service, its software, design and the Owl name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service.
6. Plans and payments
If we offer paid plans, the price, billing period and included features will be shown before you buy. Any additional payment terms shown at checkout will also apply.
7. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that links will remain active permanently, or that statistics will be complete or exact.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. When an account is closed, links and content connected to it may stop working.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply at the place where owl website is established, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
